Star2Star has a network of certified and trained dealers and installers that guide you through the entire process. Communications by Johnson is an authorized dealer for Star2Star in the West Palm Beach, FL area. We will consult with you to determine your equipment and connectivity needs and to configure system operation. Once your equipment arrives and is connected, it will automatically be configured with your specific configuration.? 

We generally need only a few hours on-site to complete the installation. If you want to reconfigure your settings after installation is complete, simply visit the Star2Star portal site, and your system will automatically be updated. Unlike most companies, there's no requirement to bring your dealer back on-site to make configuration changes.
